This is a proctored certification assessment covering everything from this week's training — scope, branding and call flow, systems and documentation, and troubleshooting logic — followed by a short mock call section.

• Each attempt uses a randomized set of questions in a randomized order.
• Do not switch tabs, minimize this window, or open another application during the test. Doing so twice will trigger a warning; a third time will lock your test.
• Once locked, you'll need to contact your trainer to reset your attempt.
• Answer to the best of your ability — this reflects what was covered this week.
